To minimize inconvenience to users and ensure the safe handling of reward assets, we are informing you of the following schedule.
Sign up and earn rewards Deadline: Friday, January 23, 2026 12:00 PM (KST)
KMPlex new sign-up and all rewards accrual activities have ended.
Termination of Service: Friday, January 30, 2026 12:00 PM (KST)
All functions of the KMPlex service will be discontinued (in-app exposure will be discontinued).
Remaining Reward Usage and Refund Deadline: Friday, January 30, 2026 12:00 PM (KST)
Deadline for final use and refund of rewards (points, cash, etc.) held
Data destruction: Friday, February 13, 2026 12:00 PM (KST)
Destruction of all user data and records related to service termination
[🚨 IMPORTANT] Remaining Rewards and Data Processing Information
- The reward use and refund deadline is the same as the final service termination date.
Until 12:00 PM (KST) on Friday, January 30, 2026 . - On February 13, 2026, 14 days after the end of the service, all user data (including usage records) related to the KMPlex service will be destroyed.
